Southern Milk Steamed Pork Slices

Sliced pork plum meat (also called sandwich meat).

Add the marinade.

Squeeze evenly with your hands, the marinade is completely absorbed, and marinate for more than 2 hours.

Put the meat in a deep-mouth dish.

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 15 minutes. (Like I have a lot of steamed meat, I use chopsticks to turn over.)

When steaming the meat, chop the green onions.
