Soy Bean Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs, put them in boiling water, cook for three minutes on high heat, remove them for use.

Soak the soybeans in advance.

Cut the bitter gourd into circles, dig out the seeds, (cut into pieces is ok, you like) set aside.

Put the soybeans, candied dates and ribs in a casserole and put enough water. Boil on high heat for three minutes, then turn to simmer and simmer for about 1 hour. Add bitter gourd and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
5.
Turn off the heat and add refined salt.
