Soy Bean Bitter Gourd Soup

Prepare various ingredients and soak the soybeans in advance.

Rinse the pork bone nao with blood and water, and put it in a casserole together with soybeans and boil for about 40 minutes.

Cut bitter gourd into pieces, cut sauerkraut into thin slices, peel and crack garlic, and cut coriander into sections.

Put the bitter gourd into boiling water and cook for a while to remove part of the bitterness and coldness, and drain.

Tips:
The sauerkraut itself has a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
