Soy Chicken Soup

Half a chicken, soybeans, carrots.

Ingredients ginger, pepper. Aniseed, bay leaves set aside.

Soak soy beans and wash.
4.
Wash and cut carrots.
5.
Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Set aside after blanching.

Add enough water to the soup pot, add chicken, carrots, soybeans and ingredients to a boil over high heat.

Skim the foam on the surface. Reduce the heat and simmer for more than 30 minutes until the soybeans are soft and the chicken is soft and rotten. Add a little salt.
