Soy Corn Stew Hoof

1. Ingredients: hoof, corn, soybeans (soaked the night before).

2. The hoofs are soaked in water to remove blood and then drain the water.

3. Put the hoof in a pot under cold water, add green onion, ginger and cooking wine to a boil.

4. After boiling, skim the froth, and skim as much as possible.

5. Add soybeans and corn to a simmer over medium-low heat, keeping it boiling.

6. After the hoofs are soft and rotten, add some salt and chicken essence to taste.

7. Sprinkle some chopped green onion and you can eat it.
