Soy Flour Biscuits
1.
Put the flour, salt and sugar in a clean basin and mix well
2.
Add oil and mix well with spatula
3.
Add in water and mix into a dough that is soft and hard
4.
Roll into a dough sheet about 4MM thick
5.
Use your favorite mold to cut into biscuits, pierce the hole with a fork in the middle
6.
Put on the baking tray
7.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. The color of the biscuits is relatively dark, so you must observe them carefully in the last few minutes and don't bake them.
Tips:
The dough with soy flour is poorly gluten, and there is no way to roll it out too thin, but the biscuits baked with this thickness are just as crisp and delicious. But it’s not very crispy biscuits. After all, the oil is here.
