Soy Kelp Soup

Soak the soybeans 12 hours in advance.
Pick out the bad soybeans and clean them for later use.

Dried kelp should also be soaked for later use.

Soak the ribs in warm water for about two hours, in order to soak the bleeding water.
Wash the ribs soaked in bleeding water.

Pick up a cooking pot and chop the ribs into small pieces. Look at it: After the water boils, the blood is free.
Then drain the dirty water and wash the ribs again.

Restart the cooking pot, put the ribs in, and fill a pot of clean water.

Tips:

2. Soaking and blanching the ribs is to remove blood stains and peculiar smells.
