Soy Peanut Trotter Soup

Soak peanuts and soybeans in clean water for 2 hours in advance.

You can rub salt on the surface of the pig's feet to remove impurities, and use tweezers to pull off the pig's hair.

Put 4 slices of ginger, 1 star anise, 1 slice of bay leaf in a pot of cold water.

Bring it to a boil with high heat to remove the foam and brew it again with warm water.

Put the pig's feet in a pressure cooker, add peanuts, soybeans, 3 slices of ginger, 1 piece of bay leaf, and then pour in hot water and 3 tablespoons of cooking wine.
