Soy Pork Bone Soup

Soak the soybeans overnight in advance; cook the pork bones in cold water, put ginger slices, and remove the bleeding water

Put the blanched pork bones in a casserole, put ginger slices, pour in enough water, put in the soaked soybeans, bring to a boil on high heat, and boil on low heat for 1 hour
