Soy Sauce Cake

1. The flour is heated with hot water to form a smooth and soft dough, and the noodles are about half an hour

2. Prepare the sauce when making the noodles: add some oil to the pot to heat, add the red bean paste and stir-fry on low heat (I use the spicy sauce of the grassland red sun)

3. Add some sweet noodle sauce and stir fry

4. Stir fry with some garlic chili sauce

5. Add a small amount of water and simmer for a while, the sauce should be a little bit thinner, it can't be boiled

6. Add cooked black and white sesame seeds, stir well

7. Knead the good dough again, the more shiny and softer

8. Roll out into rectangular slices

9. Oil, sprinkle some five-spice powder

10. As shown in the picture, cut a few symmetrically up and down, and cut to 1/3. The dough I rolled is bigger, I split it in two again

17. Brush a little oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, and put in the raw embryos. The large pie pan is small and wrinkles will naturally form

18. Brush some oil on the surface to lock in moisture

19. Fry on medium and small fire, fry on one side until golden and turn over

20. Fried on the other side

21. Take out the pancakes and brush them with the cooked sauce

22. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions
