Soy Sauce Duck

Clean the duck cart and wipe the whole body with salt.

Pour an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and soy sauce on the duck. Put a small piece of rock sugar, star anise, and ginger in the duck belly and marinate for an hour.

Add appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat and simmer for ten minutes on low heat.

Turn it over and simmer for another ten minutes, and collect the juice for ten minutes depending on the situation.
