I have always liked to make fried rice, especially when there is not much rice left. I add a variety of seasonal vegetables and stir fry. There are vegetables and rice, and one portion becomes two portions, which is enough for two people.

Soy Sauce Fried Rice

1. Prepare leftover rice, eggs, bell peppers, green beans, carrots

2. First cook the green beans in boiling water

3. Chopped colored peppers and carrots, beaten eggs

4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat up and fry the eggs, set aside

5. Leave the bottom oil and add various chopped seasonal vegetables and stir fry until it becomes raw

6. Put in the rice

Tips:

1. The green beans are cooked first, which will not affect the taste and shorten the time of fried rice.
2. Fry the eggs first, then put them in at the end, they will look good
3. The seasonal vegetables inside can be changed according to your preferences
4. Because of the soy sauce, the amount of refined salt should be less than usual
