Soy Sauce Fried Rice
1.
Cut the big green pepper into small dices, prepare the chopped green onion
2.
Break up the eggs, heat the oil in the wok, heat the oil a little, pour in the egg liquid, quickly break into small pieces, and then fry a little more, in our words, it is a bit older
3.
Push the egg cubes to one side of the pan, add green peppers and chopped green onions on the other side, and fry the green onions
4.
Then stir-fry all the ingredients together to fry out the steam in the pot
5.
Prepare the seasonings in advance. I used 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, added a little bit of oyster sauce, and then added 2 tablespoons of water to mix well
6.
Pour leftover rice into the pot, and pour the pre-mixed sauce on the rice. This way, if the rice is lumpy, it can be easily fried
7.
Finally, stir-fry evenly over high heat and turn off the heat. Don't add salt, just have the saltiness of soy sauce and oyster sauce
Tips:
Soy sauce and oyster sauce are mixed thoroughly with water in advance and then used. This will be very even and easy to stir. It will not be easy to stir evenly if you don't put them in the same way. Most of the leftover rice will be agglomerated. You don't need to break it up in advance. Just pour the seasonings on the rice. The rice will be scattered when heated and under the action of heat.
