Noodles are the most common noodles on the dining table. Noodles can be made into noodles such as soup noodles, braised noodles, and soy sauce noodles. Tahini has a high health value; it can prevent the hair from turning white or falling off prematurely; people like to use tahini as a condiment. Toasted noodles with sesame sauce is the best way to eat in summer.

Soy Sauce Noodles-sesame Sauce Noodles

1. Ingredients: cucumber, dried noodles, sesame sauce, sea rice, garlic

2. Wash the cucumber and cut into shreds

3. Pat the garlic loose with the back of a knife and chop it into garlic

4. Put salt in the sesame sauce

5. The sesame paste is made into a thick paste with clean water

6. Put water in the pot and boil

7. Sprinkle the noodles into the pot and scatter them with chopsticks

8. The noodles are cooked without white core

9. Take it out and cool it with cold boiling water

10. Drain water

11. Put the noodles in the bowl

12. Add the cucumber shreds. Sea rice, garlic

13. Then pour the sesame paste on top of the noodles

14. Mix well and serve

Tips:

1. The sesame paste should be made into a thick paste with clean water.
2. Sprinkle the noodles into the pot and spread them with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
