Soy Sauce Noodles-sesame Sauce Noodles

Ingredients: cucumber, dried noodles, sesame sauce, sea rice, garlic

Wash the cucumber and cut into shreds

Pat the garlic loose with the back of a knife and chop it into garlic

Put salt in the sesame sauce
5.
The sesame paste is made into a thick paste with clean water

Put water in the pot and boil
7.
Sprinkle the noodles into the pot and scatter them with chopsticks

The noodles are cooked without white core
9.
Take it out and cool it with cold boiling water

Drain water

Put the noodles in the bowl

Add the cucumber shreds. Sea rice, garlic

Then pour the sesame paste on top of the noodles

Mix well and serve
Tips:
1. The sesame paste should be made into a thick paste with clean water.
2. Sprinkle the noodles into the pot and spread them with chopsticks to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot.
