Soy Sauce Soft-boiled Egg

Take the egg out of the refrigerator, don’t need to warm it up, just throw it in when the water is boiled

Turn on the fire, take a stopwatch, and keep heating for seven minutes

After it’s done, quickly shower with cold water. After the outside is not hot, put it in the cold water and soak

Be sure to wait for it to cool down and peel it carefully. Put it in the soy sauce and soak overnight. (The incomplete ones are the consequences of my peeling while it’s hot...)
Tips:
Take out the cold water in time, and wait for it to cool before peeling
