Soy Sauce Steamed Pork Ribs
1.
Wash pork short ribs and drain.
2.
Mince ginger and garlic.
3.
Add cooking wine, minced ginger garlic, starch, sugar, tempeh and light soy sauce to the pork short ribs and marinate for 2 hours.
4.
Put the marinated ribs on the plate, put the chopped pepper on the surface, put it in the steamer, and let the water boil on high heat for 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. Both tempeh and light soy sauce have a salty taste. If the taste is enough, you don't need to add salt. If the tempeh taste is weak, add salt.
2. Starch can help the ribs to lock the moisture, and the steamed meat will be tender.
3. The ribs are made of fat and thin, plus the oil of tempeh, so there is no need to add oil. If you use dried tempeh, add oil in an appropriate amount.
4. If you don't like the spicy taste, you can omit the chopped pepper, and put chopped green onion after serving.
