Soy Sauce Steamed Pork Ribs

Ask the seller to chop the ribs into small pieces, soak in the bleeding water, rinse and rinse.

Add scallion, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and bean paste, mix well and marinate for flavor

Add a tablespoon of dried tempeh

Add the adjusted water starch, mix evenly, and place in a steaming bowl
5.
Put it in an electric steamer and steam for 30 minutes
Tips:
1. It should be marinated for at least half an hour, preferably refrigerated and marinated overnight
2. Water starch can increase the tender texture of the meat, so it is not recommended to omit it!
