Soy Sauce Tofu

Prepare the ingredients,

Cut the tofu into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick, of any size.

Combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic chili sauce, miso, cumin, and salt in a bowl.

Put the tofu in a baking tray, brush evenly with the prepared sauce and sprinkle with a layer of white sesame seeds.

Put it in the microwave, select the grill function, and bake for 8 minutes.

Use ordinary tofu or old tofu instead of soft tofu.
