Soy Snail

Ingredients: snails (washed), sliced ginger, green onion, tempeh

Put the cleaned snails down into a pot of clean water

Then, put the ginger slices, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

After blanching for 1 minute, remove

Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the blanched snails, and 1.5 tablespoons of tempeh

Stir fry

Then, add 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Add 0.5 tsp salt

Seasoning and stir-fry

Finally, put the scallions in, and serve
