Soy Snail

Ingredients: snails (washed), sliced ginger, green onion, tempeh

Put the cleaned snails down into a pot of clean water.

Then, put the ginger slices and add the right amount of cooking wine.

After blanching for 1 minute, remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched snails, and add the appropriate amount of tempeh.

Stir fry.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
