Soy Squid

The small squid sets the head out and washes it

Make a few cuts on the squid, don’t cut it
3.
Boil the ginger and green onions in a pot with water, then add the squid, blanch it, and drain it out

Raise the frying pan, add ginger, onion and garlic
5.
Add the tempeh and stir fry for a fragrant
6.
Add squid and stir fry a few times
7.
Add a little salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence to taste
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion at the end
9.
Delicious on the table!
Tips:
1. Blanching the squid can remove the fishy smell and keep it fresh when fried
2. This dish is suitable for quick stir-fry. Squid stir-fry is not delicious when it is old!
