Ingredients

Soybean, Lotus Root and Pork Ribs Soup

1. Pour 600ml of water into the pot, add spare ribs, green onion, ginger slices, pour 10ml of Huadiao wine, and bring to a boil

2. Remove the ribs and wash them with water

3. Put the ribs in a saucepan, pour in enough water, add the shallots, ginger slices, and Huadiao wine, cover and boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes

4. Add the soaked soybeans and lotus root, continue to cover and simmer for 1 hour, turn off the heat

5. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, mix well to taste
