Soybean Sprouts and Meat Soup

Wash the soybean sprouts and drain the water.

Wash and drain tofu and cut into small pieces.
3.
Cut the foreleg meat into thin slices, add a little corn oil to a bowl and grab it with your hands.

Finely chop chives.

Add 6-8 bowls of water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add tofu and cook for 1 minute.

Add soybean sprouts.

Add the meat slices when the water boils again.

After the meat slices are cooked, add salt and chicken essence.
10.
Add a little corn oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion to turn off the heat.
