Soybean Sprouts Mixed

Wash soybean sprouts.

Bring water to a boil in the soup pot and cook the soybean sprouts.

Remove and drain the water.

Chop the onion, garlic, and dried chili and put them in a bowl.

Burn some hot oil and pour it in to arouse the fragrance.
6.
Add salt, sugar, fresh soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and chili oil to make a juice.
7.
Pour in the juice, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well.
