Soybean Stew

1. Wash the pork belly, cut into small pieces, add 2 grams of salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Wash the soybean noodles and cut in half.

3. Separate the white part from the leaf part of the garlic seedlings, cut into sections separately, and crack the ginger.

4. Put more than 1 tablespoon of oil, heat, add the pork belly and stir well. Don't turn too frequently to let the pork belly get oily.

5. After the pork belly is out of oil, you can add the oily bean noodles.

6. Add dark soy sauce, ginger cubes and stock and stir well. Bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to low heat for 30 minutes.

7. Prepare the red pepper.

8. Wash the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stalks, and cut them in half twice into four small pieces.

9. After simmering the meat and soybean sticks for 30 minutes, add the mushrooms and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes.

10. Add the red pepper and garlic seedlings, add salt and chicken essence, stir well, and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.

11. Finally, add the garlic leaves and stir-fry until it is out of the pot.
