The pasta I had eaten in the restaurant before is really not complimenting. Maybe the restaurant I went to was not high-end, and I didn't eat very authentic pasta. Later, I tried to make it at home, and it tasted much better than in the restaurant. The butter that needs to be used in this pasta cannot be replaced with lard or other vegetable oils. Oregano and basil are indispensable. You can buy these commonly used western spices in TB!

1. Chop onion and garlic and set aside

Tips:
