Spaghetti

Chop onion and garlic separately.

The tomatoes are blanched with hot water for easy peeling. Use more small tomatoes when you buy them. One or two larger ones will do.

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces for later use.

Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta as required.

After cooking, add cold water and drain the water.

Pour the olive oil and stir well.

Butter and open into the minced beef and stir-fry. After changing the color, take it out for later use.

Pour in olive oil, add minced garlic and minced onion and stir fry.

After frying the aroma, add the diced tomatoes, wait for the tomatoes to become viscous and add the ground beef

Add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and dried basil, stir-fry for a while, and it will come out of the pan.
