Cook the noodles for about 12 minutes. The hard core of the noodles occupies 1/3 of the cross-sectional noodles before being out of the pan; on the other side, heat the pan and stir-fry the garlic and shallots on low heat.

After the garlic and shallots are scented, add the sausage and the cooked pasta, and simply stir-fry for 2 minutes to get out of the pot
Tips:
You need to add more olive oil, and slowly fry out the flavors of onion and garlic.
