Because there was still a little whole-wheat pasta at home and a little tomato-flavored potato chips left by my son, I thought of a hodgepodge on a whim, and added an egg. Wow, it’s so delicious. The crispy potato chips contained a pinch of Italy. The noodles and egg slices, sweet, sour, and spicy Korean sweet and sour hot sauce are squeezed on top, one bite at a time, it’s really a pleasure to eat, not to mention that the amount of spaghetti is not too much, it’s so full for one person.

1. Preparation materials

2. Cook whole wheat pasta in water until cooked through, pick up and set aside

3. Add a little salt in olive oil, fry the eggs and make them into small pieces

4. Stir whole wheat spaghetti into egg slices

5. Take a slice of potato chips, put some egg and noodles, and then squeeze some Korean sweet and sour sauce on top, ready to eat

Tips:

Potato chips can also be crumbled and mixed in pasta
