It is the first time to cook pasta by myself. It is more chewy than Chinese noodles. It is delicious with cheese spaghetti sauce.

Spaghetti with Onion Bolognese

1. Peel and dice the onion. The meat sauce is left over from the dumpling stuffing of pork, mushrooms and cabbage. You can use minced pork instead

2. After the water is boiled, add salt, add the pasta, open the lid and cook on high heat for 8 minutes

3. Heat oil in a pot, pour in minced meat and fry until the color changes

4. Pour in the onion and stir fry until soft

5. Add the right amount of water, add the pasta sauce

6. Cook for about 5 minutes until the soup becomes less

7. Scoop out 8 minutes cooked spaghetti

8. Pour into the pot and stir-fry the meat sauce

Tips:

I cut too many onions, so reduce the amount.
