Spaghetti with Tomato Meat Sauce
1.
Peel the carrot and chop the onion into small cubes, remove the tomato and cut into small pieces, mince the garlic, set aside
2.
Cut the pork into strips and then chop into meat sauce, add a little oyster sauce and sugar, and set aside
3.
Bring to 60% hot, put butter in the pot and melt slowly
4.
Boil the butter, add onions, and fry until the color turns yellow
5.
Add the meat sauce, stir fry until the meat is all discolored
6.
Add carrots and stir fry for 20 seconds
7.
Then add the tomatoes and stir-fry until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and the tomatoes are a little peeled
8.
Add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce (if you like the sour, add a little more), three spoons of sugar, sprinkle a little black pepper (if you have basil, add a little too)
9.
Add a small amount of water, stir fry and simmer for a while, until the soup thickens
10.
Put a pot of water, drip a few drops of oil, boil on high heat, put in the pasta, cover with a lid, leave some gaps (otherwise the water will pop out after boiling), cook for about 7 or 8 minutes, and the noodles will swell slightly. Take one and taste it, you can easily break it and it is ready. Serve and serve, pour the sauce on the noodles, stir and serve
Tips:
1. Carrots and onions must be chopped. Otherwise, the taste will be affected. It is easy to shred the carrots with a grater and then chop them. The ratio of ingredients is tomato>onion>carrot. Onions and carrots are about the same amount.
2. It is best to use butter, which is sold in big supermarkets. If you change it to other oils, the taste is not good. Butter has a milky aroma.
3. The spaghetti with meat sauce is made with insufficient ingredients. If it is replaced with beef, it is the same. Black pepper must be present. If not, the taste will be a bit strange. As for the spice of basil leaves, TB can be used. If you buy it, it will taste better with a little bit.
