Spaghetti with Tomato Meat Sauce

Add water to the pot, add 2 tablespoons of salt after boiling, add the pasta and cook until there is no hard core in the middle of the noodles

Wash the tomatoes, draw a cross knife on the top, blanch them in boiling water for about 15-20 seconds, remove the cold water, and peel them

Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces

Put the oil in the pot, stir the meat foam to change the color, add the tomatoes, continue to stir fry, add a little water after the sauce is out, add salt, black pepper and tomato sauce, stir evenly until the sauce is thick and turn off the heat
Tips:
After the pasta is cooked, you should put it directly in the sauce pot and stir fry together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce, but because I took it to the company, I put it in separate boxes.
