Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meat Sauce

Add the minced meat to the cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little salt, stir evenly, for marinating

Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them and cut them into small cubes for later use.

Cut the onion into small cubes and set aside.

Wash snow peas and white jade mushroom for later use.

Pour edible oil into the pot, stir-fry the meat until the color changes, add diced tomatoes and continue to fry until the tomato sauce is fried, and a tablespoon of tomato sauce is added to make the tomato sauce more flavorful.

Tips:
1. When cutting onions, you can put the onions in the refrigerator for half an hour. When you cut them, they won’t be too spicy!
2. You can add a little salt to the pot when cooking the pasta. The pasta does not need to be cooked completely. Turn off the heat when the pasta is half cooked, cover the pot and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, the hardness is just right.
