Spanish Mackerel in Tomato Sauce

Scallion, ginger and garlic

One spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of sugar, put the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic into it, and add a little water to mix

Wash the Spanish mackerel and cut into pieces, put it in the prepared sauce, grab it with your hands, and marinate the Spanish mackerel for 20 minutes to taste

Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, the more chopped the better

Dip the marinated mackerel cubes with dry powder

Fry in the frying pan until golden brown and remove

Put less oil in the pot, pour in the diced tomatoes and stir fry, add some water and simmer for a while, when the tomatoes are boiled out of the soup, pour the fried mackerel into the pot and stir fry

The finished product is out of the pot and placed on the plate.
Tips:
If you want to save trouble, you can use tomato sauce instead of tomatoes, but I personally like to use tomatoes. I feel that the taste is purer than tomato sauce and tastes better. It depends on personal preference.
