Boyfriend loves Spanish mackerel made for him

Spanish Mackerel Stewed Tofu

1. Wash the Spanish mackerel and cut into pieces, soak up clean water with kitchen paper

2. Cut the tofu into pieces and fry them for later use

3. Deep-fried the fish and set aside

4. Deep-fried Spanish mackerel served on a plate

5. Scallion, ginger, garlic aniseed, dried chili and pepper saute pan

6. Add the fried Spanish mackerel, stir fry, add oyster sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce

7. Add boiling water, turn to a low heat, and simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Add in the fried tofu, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, and simmer for 10 minutes.

8. Just install it

Tips:

Bayu is particularly fishy, you can add more cooking wine or white wine. I also got some beer halfway, but it is purely a personal idea. I heard that bloodletting pork can be removed.
