Spanish Mackerel Stewed Tofu

Wash the Spanish mackerel and cut into pieces, soak up clean water with kitchen paper

Tips:
Bayu is particularly fishy, you can add more cooking wine or white wine. I also got some beer halfway, but it is purely a personal idea. I heard that bloodletting pork can be removed.
