I really want to eat paella. I cook it by myself and it’s delicious, and you can add ingredients as you like~

Ingredients

Spanish Seafood Paella

1. Dice onion and red pepper, peel and dice tomatoes, chop garlic into minced garlic

2. Pour the oil over the heat, pour in the diced onion, fry until transparent, pour in the diced red pepper and garlic, continue to fry, pour in the diced tomatoes, and wait until the juice comes out. Sprinkle with salt, red pepper powder, black pepper, chopped parsley and stir-fry

3. Pour in uncooked rice (you can buy disposable rice), stir-fry the saffron, and let the rice absorb the juice. Pour the broth. Cover the pot and simmer for 25 minutes.

4. After about 25 minutes, spread all the seafood ingredients. Simmer for another 15-20 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through. Sprinkle a little chopped parsley on a boiling pan. carry out
