This dish is based on the Turkish omelet, adding spaghetti, so that the omelet has a new connotation and has a special taste. This is what Jade learned from an American friend some time ago. Because of his busy schedule, I didn't share it with you until today. I hope you like it.

Spanish Spaghetti Quiche

1. Add appropriate amount of water to the pan, add oil, salt and spaghetti at the same time to cook;

2. Take 4 eggs, cut the onion into small slices, slice the garlic, and prepare the minced meat;

3. Heat another wok, add oil, add garlic slices and onion to fragrant, add pepper;

4. Then add minced meat, add less fish sauce and salt, and fry until there is no blood;

5. Beat the eggs, add cheese powder, onions and some salt;

6. Add the fried minced meat and mix well;

7. After the spaghetti water is dry, pour the egg mixture and fry;

8. Use chopsticks to gently lift up the flour in the middle, so that the egg liquid can infiltrate;

9. Until you hear a squeak, the bottom is fried until golden brown;

10. Put the spaghetti upside down on the plate;

11. Then, carefully push the flour in the pan into the pan and fry the other side;

12. Until the bottom is golden;

13. Serve and cut into pieces!

Tips:

1. The spaghetti is boiled directly in cold water without waiting for the water to boil;
2. The action of extracting powder in step 8 is very important and cannot be omitted;
3. The crispy spaghetti relies on oil. The amount of oil is increased or decreased according to personal preference; if you add a little butter, the taste will be better, but the calories will increase.
