This dish is based on the Turkish omelet, adding spaghetti, so that the omelet has a new connotation and has a special taste. This is what Jade learned from an American friend some time ago. Because of his busy schedule, I didn't share it with you until today. I hope you like it.

Tips:

1. The spaghetti is boiled directly in cold water without waiting for the water to boil;
2. The action of extracting powder in step 8 is very important and cannot be omitted;
3. The crispy spaghetti relies on oil. The amount of oil is increased or decreased according to personal preference; if you add a little butter, the taste will be better, but the calories will increase.
