Spare Ribs and Mushroom Stew

Wrap ginseng and astragalus in gauze bag for later use

Stew for another two or three minutes, add the white shrimp and it will be out of the pot

Tips:
Duo Yun Sui Sui Nian: Because the meat bun has just reached the age of growing up, a few Chinese herbs are added to the mushroom pot. I usually cook this pot without adding any other seasonings except salt. It is delicious enough to cook such a few mushrooms together~π
