Spare Ribs in Tomato Sauce

Wash the ribs and cut into sections. Stew with pepper, star anise, ginger slices, and chili in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Put a little oil in the pan and saute the onion and minced garlic.

Add the peeled diced tomatoes. Add salt, sugar, and pepper and stir fry for a minute or two.

Dredge the ribs into the tomato sauce

Add some tomato sauce

Add two spoons of soup for the stewed ribs and continue to simmer for 15 minutes

Wait until the soup is dry.
Tips:
1. I don’t have enough time. I use a pressure cooker to press the ribs for 10 minutes. You can also simmer for half an hour.
2 The ribs should be simmered in the tomato sauce for a while, so that they can be fully flavored.
