Spiced Bean Curd with Bean Sprouts

Prepare spices.

Rinse the dried tofu skin and prepare the green onion and ginger.

Shred the dried tofu skin into thin strips.

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, and put spices in the seasoning bag.
