Spiced Boiled Broad Beans

Wash the broad beans to remove the skin and soak in cold water

Put it in a small pot with water and start the fire

Add more salt
4.
Add a few bay leaves
5.
Add two aniseed
6.
Add a little pepper
7.
Add some cumin
8.
Cover the lid and cook for ten minutes on low heat.
