Spiced Braised Chicken Feet

Clean the chicken feet and remove the tips of the claws.

Put the chicken feet in a pot of clean water, boil for 5 minutes and remove the chicken feet from the heat. After the chicken feet are cool, rinse with clean water.

Put the condiments in the casserole.

After placing the chicken feet yard, pour in clean water, whichever is less than the chicken feet.

Pour in a tablespoon of dark soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of refined salt, turn off the heat after boiling on high heat, and serve after marinating for a few hours.
Tips:
1. Don't cook the chicken feet for too long, it's too crisp and not chewing.
2. After the chicken feet are blanched, rinse them with water several times to remove part of the gum.
