Spiced Braised Pork Ears
1.
Buy high-quality pig ears and wash them for later use.
2.
Use a kitchen spray gun to sing away the fluff from the cleaned pig ears, especially pay attention to the hair in the ears and eyes! This step can not only remove pig hair, but also reduce its own fishy smell. If conditions permit, it doesn't hurt to sing even black spots!
3.
Soak the singed pig ears in cold water, and use a stiff brush to clean the black dirt on the surface.
4.
Prepare the spices as described above!
5.
Put white sugar in the pot and slowly stir-fry to make sugar color.
6.
Stir-fry the sugar color until dark brown with smoke coming out, add hot water and cook.
7.
Put all the spices and the right amount of sugar into the pot, add the right amount of water, boil on high heat, simmer for one hour, add salt, cook for another 30 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes.
8.
Take out the cooked pig ears and let them cool before eating. They are also very fragrant when hot!
Tips:
The past few days are too busy and I haven't stored too many vegetables. I can only garnish with shredded green chilies. Add chili oil, sesame oil, mustard oil, cooked sesame seeds, light soy sauce, a small amount of salt and mix well! The pig ears I made can be eaten directly, the taste is fragrant, and the five-scented taste is long in the mouth, it is the best for dining wine! You can also add shredded green onions, shredded carrots, coriander, etc. to make cold dishes for nutritional matching!
