Spiced Dried Xiuzhen Mushrooms

Ingredients: dried fragrant, Xiuzhen mushroom (cleaned).

Put the dried incense on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Put the cleaned Xiuzhen mushrooms in a pot of water, blanch for 2 minutes, and remove them.

Use cold boiled water to cool too much.

Then, dry the cool Xiuzhen mushrooms to control some moisture, add the cut fragrant dried, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.
8.
Season to mix well and serve.
