Spiced Edamame

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the edamame
3.
Prepare spices, dried chili, peppercorns
4.
Pour edamame into the pot, add water, and add spices

Add dried chili and peppercorns

Add salt

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes, soak for 1 hour after cooking
Tips:
1. Cut off the tail with scissors in order to taste faster. If you find it troublesome, you don’t need to cut it. Soak it for a while.
2. Open the lid and cook in the process of cooking edamame, so as to keep the edamame without changing color as much as possible.
