Spiced Edamame

After washing the edamame, cut off both ends with scissors

Pour the cut edamame into the pot, add enough water to cover the edamame, put all the spices and salt into the pot together

Cover the pot and boil on high heat, then turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat
4.
Do not remove the edamame after turning off the heat, leave it in the pot and let it cool before removing it.
