Spiced Edamame

Cut the two ends of the edamame and wash it repeatedly.

Add enough water, salt and star anise.
3.
After the high heat is boiled, simmer for 20 minutes on low heat, and then continue to soak for two hours after turning off the heat.
4.
Drain and eat after cooling.
