Spiced Edamame
1.
Wash the edamame and cut a small mouth on each end for easy taste.
2.
Add the right amount of water and all seasonings to the pot, including salt. (You can add more salt)
3.
After the fire is boiled, keep it boiling for 2 minutes to get the aroma, and then add a drop of vegetable oil.
4.
Add edamame and boil on high heat.
5.
Turn to medium-low heat, do not cover the pot, cook for about 15 minutes, and cook the edamame.
Tips:
1. How to judge whether you are familiar or not? Take out a grain and taste it!
2. Try it, it is still green at the end of the cooking, and greener. When it is served, it will not change color until the end is eaten.
