Spiced Edamame

Prepare materials.

Wash the edamame, add salt to the water and soak for 10 minutes.

To control the moisture content of edamame, use scissors to cut off the sharp corners at both ends to make it easier to taste.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot.

After boiling, add all the seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add 2 spoons of salt.

Pour in edamame.

Stir well.

Pour in a small amount of cooking oil.

Without covering the lid, cook for 6 minutes on low heat.
Tips:
1. After the spices are put in the pot, cook for a while and then add edamame, so that the flavor of the spices can be fully stimulated.
2. When cooking edamame, open the lid and cook to prevent the color of edamame from turning yellow.
3. After turning off the heat, do not remove it immediately. Let the edamame continue to soak until it cools naturally. You can put the cooked edamame in the refrigerator for a while before eating.
