Spiced Edamame

Wash the beans and cut off both ends, in order to have a better taste

Add water to the boiling pot to submerge the beans, add star anise, pepper, bay leaves, green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, boil, turn to medium heat and cook for five minutes. Do not cover the pot so that the cooked beans will not Yellowing.
